We only accept CDs, DVDs and game discs that are in good working condition. Heavily

What if my DVDs, CDs or game boxes are damaged?
Few scuff marks are acceptable but the general order of the box should be relatively
good. A fee of 25p per damaged box will be charged for those needing refurbishment.
Will you return DVDs, CDs and games that do not pass your standard quality check?
As mentioned in the terms and conditions, we will not be able to return the DVDs,
CDs and games that do not pass our standard quality check. Game trade in prices
is normally affected by the physical condition of the discs so it is recommended
that you ensure the discs you send to us are up to par.
