How do I view details of my Recycles?


To view your recycles go to your account by clicking on the signing button at the top of any page. Details of your saved recycles and completed recycles can be viewed, as well as status updates.

Do I need to enable cookies?


You will need to enable cookies on your browser before you are able to use this service. Refer to your browser help guide.

How do I change my personal details?


You can change your personal details by signing into your account on the right hand side of this page, then go to the section update details.

I have forgotten my password or username?


Click HERE to access your details.

Automated Email


You will receive automated email responses from us. Please ensure you check in your junk mail folder and mark our emails as safe for future use.

How long does it take to get my money?


You can expect to receive the cheque for your recycled items within 60 working days of confirming your address on our system.

How will I get paid?


You will receive payment by cheque.

Which DVD Formats and Regions can be accepted?


Region ALL
Blu-ray
Region 0
Region 1 and 2

Do you accept NTSC DVDS?


Yes, we accept NTSC and PAL.

Do you accept DVDs, CDs or games that do not have their boxes?


No we do not

Will DVDs, CDs or Game that fail our quality check be returned back to me


Unfortunately we are unable to return discs that are not acceptable, so please read our terms and conditions before sending anything to WeBuyDvds.co.uk.

How many products do I need to recycle to get the free courier collection service?


You only need to recycle 50 items to qualify for this service.

What is the minimum amount of DVDs, CDs and Games I need to recycle to use your website?


You only need to recycle 10.

Is it free to send items to you?


Yes, it’s completely FREE, we provide you with SEND FREE labels or a FREE courier service depending on how many items you’re recycling.

Do I need to place all my recycle in one box?


When you complete a recycle on our website, it creates a personalized packing guide which details how many boxes you’ll need to place your items in to.

Can I use a jiffy bag to send my recycles in?


No please use a box with plenty of protection for your items.

My courier hasn’t turned up what should I do.


We’re very sorry to hear about this, please remember that the courier can arrive any time between 8am and 6pm. If this time has passed then please contact our customer services team on 0843-289-5518

How do I arrange a courier?


When you complete a recycle we record the details of when and where you would like your recycle picked up from. The courier will arrive to pick your box(es) up, between 8am and 6pm. If you don’t want to wait home for the courier to arrive you can use our FREE SAFE PLACE service. You can leave your box(es) in a safe place in or around your home or even with a neighbour.

How does the FREE SAFE PLACE service work?


For people who can’t stop at home between 8am and 6pm we have the option of leaving the box(es) in a safe place in or around the home or even at a neighbour’s house. When you complete your recycle you are given the options to leave in a safe place, there are other options to choice from. Simply select the option which best suits you and leave your items in that location on the day they are due to be picked up.

My collection is due to be picked up today but I have to go out what should I do?


Please give our customer service team a call on 0843-289-5518 during normal office hours. They will try to cancel the collection, alternatively you can leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, then pop a note on your door giving details of where your parcel is.
