How do I view details of my Recycles?
To view your recycles go to your account by signing in on the right hand side of
this page. Details of your saved recycles and completed recycles can be viewed there
as well as status updates.

How do I change my account details?
You can change your personal details by signing into your account on the right hand
side of this page, and then going to the section update details.

You will receive automated email responses from us. Please ensure you check in your
junk mail folder and mark our emails as safe for future use.
Do you buy games and music CDs?
YES! We buy your unwanted games, DVDs and music CDs, as long as they are in working
condition.
How long does it take to get my money?
Your cheque will be sent within 3 days from the date we receive your DVDs, CDs or
games. Please allow 7 Days for your DVDs to arrive to our centre for processing.
How will I get paid?
You will receive payment by cheque.

Do you accept NTSC DVDS?
Yes, we happily accept NTSC and PAL.
What happens if my DVDs, CDs or games are scratched?
You will incur a fee of up to 50p each disc to repair heavily scratched DVDs, CDs
or games. We only accept lightly scratched discs which play in perfect order.
What happens if my DVDs, CDs or games boxes are damaged?
We only accept DVDs, CDs or games if their boxes are in good order, we don’t mind
if there are a few scuff marks on them, but they must be in good general order.
DVDs, CDs or games sent to us with a damaged box will incur a fee of up to 25p each.
Do you accept DVDs, CDs or games that do not have their boxes?
We only accept DVDs, CDs or games if they have their instructions. You will not
be paid for incomplete items.
Do you accept DVDs, CDs or Games that do not have their instructions?
We only accept DVDs, CDs or Games if they have their instructions so please do not
send us them if they do not have their instructions as you will not be paid for
them.
Will unwanted DVDs, CDs or Games be returned to me?
Unfortunately we are unable to return discs that are not acceptable so please read
all terms and conditions before sending anything to WeBuyDvds.co.uk.
